Ben Rubin is a high-impact real estate professional with nearly 20 years of delivering measurable results across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. As a developer, operator, and investor, he has driven performance on almost $1 billion in real estate assets, recapitalized over $500 million in debt, and executed value-add strategies that consistently maximize returns. Ben has completed more than 100 ADU developments and negotiated over 100 office leases, giving him a unique ability to uncover opportunities, streamline operations, and close high-value transactions.
With a B.A. from The George Washington University and an M.B.A. from the Peter F. Drucker School of Business Management at Claremont Graduate University, Ben combines strategic insight with hands-on execution to accelerate growth and enhance portfolio value.
